Organization decline and cutback management is the main problem that effect to decline the organization. There are the causes of the organization decline.

The interesting idea for organizational management is classic or original theory. This theory is focused on the successful of work without caring the human mind. Human (employee) is machine for organization in this theory. There is framework to manage working process for all employees. All employees are dependent and prohibited to express any opinion. Organization will achieve the objectives earlier and get better employees’ performances when intimidations are used. Organizational management is cost. Decreasing expenses is difficult. On the other hand, reducing employees to decrease the expenses is wrong idea because employees are important machines for the organization. Employers or Leaders should have the proper management to manage employees and expanses sufficiently to prevent the organizational lags. The lags can be easily to happen due to leader is dictatorial and employees are prohibited to express or suggest any opinion about their careers. This effects to decrease employees insufficiently and worse working environments.
Thus, these are causes of the problem that everyone should help solve and improve the organization. Thinkers use many theories to solve problems and improve the perfomances of organization consistantly including this following Theory.
