Spicy mango salad with shrimp
Ingredients
raw mangoes
chopped shallots
chilli powder
sugar
salt
fresh shrimps
fried cashew nuts
roasted peanuts
corriander, spring onions, lettuce, mint, chilli
Methods
1. Peel and rinse the mangoes and chop roughly.
2. Peel, wash and boil the shrimps.
3. Mix the chopped mangoes with sugar, salt, chilli powder or chopped chillis. If the mangoes aren't sour enough, add some lime juice.
4. Taste the mangoes.
5. Add chopped shallots, shrimp, cashew nuts ant peanuts. Mix well.
6. Serve with corriander, spring onions, chilli, lettuce and other vegetables.
