Job Description:
Arrange and handle all kinds of mail related issues; sort and collate, check for returned mail and action properly, distribute mail to the relevant personnel in a timely manner, arrange for pick up mails and courier packages, keep track of all incoming and outgoing mails
Coordinate and manage schedule of meeting room bookings and related equipment for meetings.
Coordinate with messengers and maids for all work related issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and building officers to maintain the office in good conditions and make sure that all facilities in the office are ready at all times.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
