Many people complain of sleeping badly at night. There is no single reliable cure for insomnia, but instead of just talking sleeping pills, sufferes should attempt to find the root cause of the problem and tackle that.

Above all, try to maintain a happy frame of mind-if you dread going to bed, you will find it more difficult to get to sleep.
