It is no different for data warehouses.
The attitude of a unit’s leader affects all the factors leading to warehouse acceptance. At the company studied, when a leader was strongly supportive (intervention point 1 in Figure 1), users were willing to pursue continuing knowledge of the technology even after introductory training.
If users do not want to use the data warehouse, then it is necessary to provide additional training or motivation to change their attitudes.
