Morinda Citrifolia L. also known as Noni or Indian mulberry is a small evergreen tree. It is one of the most important traditional Polynesian medicinal plants. The present study is focused on Nutraceutical studies in Morinda citrifolia fruit. The mineral analysis of nutrients and micronutrients were founded in M.citrifolia. The proximate analysis of ash content and crude fiber content was estimated by AOAC methodand there by the total carbohydrateed and total protiens were estimated by Anthrone mrthod and Lowry's method. Moreover the vitamin C content of the fruit extract estimated by Titration method Finally the determination of amino acids by OPA deviation using HPLC technique was performed in the fruit. The funsamental knowledge of nutrient profile will enable futher investigation in M.citrifolia
