14.6 Upon the request of the disclosing party, or upon the expiry or termination of this Agreement, the receiving party shall immediately return to the disclosing party or destroy any and all portions of the Confidential Information of the other party together with all copies and reproductions thereof in accordance with the instruction of the disclosing party.
