The study found that the small business which exist in the village gather the village members together and spread the work to the group members to spread the income to everyone equally, and also develop the unique of the porcelain products to diversify the porcelain product. The porcelain business of Don Kai Dee village was successfully implemented which improve the quality of life and become the learning center of Don Kai Dee village for those Thai and foreign visitors that want to learn on how to make the porcelain product. There were Thai style residences which will support the visitors and there were activities for those visitors who want to learn on how to make the porcelain product. Apart from being the porcelain business, there are also be the cultural learning center Don Kai Dee village which spread the income equally to the village. The factors in transforming its business model into the community tourism initiative. Leaders from the involvement of public relations said the growth model from the production of business services with the creative tourism.
