Minimum Requirements: • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree preferred; • Five (5) years of experience in project/program management; • Field experience in a refugee setting, ideally a protracted refugee setting; • Professional level English; • Experience supervising staff; • Experience with budget, finance and grants management; • A high degree of professionalism, maturity and diplomacy; • Solid report-writing and proposal writing skills; • Ability to confidently represent yourself and to teachers, government officials and civil society; • Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; • Strong operational program planning both in written and verbal formats; • Proven ability to motivate and work under pressure. • Belief in the power of sport and play as a tool for development.
