Preparation of work related documentation as scope of work, work schedule for service, overhaul, and repairs which will be reviewed and approved by service manager
•Daily reporting and documenation for new machine installation refer to NEAC / NEA standard
•To guide scheduled service work refer to the approved and agreed scope of work and in the required time frame.
•Guide the preparation of required tools and equipment for the specific service work as shown in scope of work and agreed with customer.
•Coordinate with service manager, if required with project engineer and/or project handling department to carry out work in requested time, scope of work and budget.
•Duty for supervisor is to present and handle service work under a high safety standard and under specific customer plant requirements.
•Supervise and control the quality of work refers to service standard, and to work with no customer complain.
•Able to work single-handed on machines and equipment under normal service condition
•Supervise contractors and third party staff in accordance with company policies, standard and procedures, work instruction, and safety awareness policy.
•Preparation of service report, job related documentation and by customer aproved hand over documentation to match with the requirements of contracts or scope of work.
•Preparation of timesheets and expenses in required time.
•To represent NEAC Service and NEA Group police in a high standard and high level at the customer site.
