At the end of the month, if the carrier performance within the ended month does not meet the objective of 0.1% failure (99.9% of service commitment – considering only carrier’s faults), he will be warned by a mail with acknowledgement of receipt. The carrier will have to take all needed actions to improve his result and match with the objective. A letter listing all actions will have to be sent to LYRECO within 7 days following LYRECO mail.
