Why you stop our group to check out? We pay already & you also acknowledge that payment received so why your reception create nonsense things with my guest? Are you working for some other agency instruction? I can see some political smell in this incident.
We want compensate form you for this incident no apology mail are acceptable.
Ask your Gm to tell each guest that he make this problem & apology to each guest.
Or else this is our last group with you & we tell all agency in india & thai not to promote this dirty hotel.
Don’t come to our office again if no solution are there with you.
