The average concentrations of the
16 OCPs detected in the nine marine fish species varied from
543.5–3459.6 (ng g1 lw). Among the 13 seafoods, the highest
average OCP content was 3459.6 (ng g1 lw) in O. rubicundus. Its lipid
content in vivo is as low as 0.93%, and thus, the high OCP content
in vivo may due to its trophic level in the food chain.
