In May to August 2014, I have had my Second Supervised Field Training Program (SFT 2) I was assigned as a trainee in Centara Grand Hotel, Central Ladprao for 3 months in 1 outlet as a cook helper in Pastry and Bakery Station. I was responsible to do ingredients preparations, to cover and decorate cakes and also made some products such as bread sticks, lavash, soft and hard rolls, pizzas, croissants, Danish breads, Trios, tarts, biscuits, cookie, cakes and the likes.
