Job Descriptions:
• Manage and support the high quality services delivered to customer in order to influence customer's satisfaction.
• Allocate the proper tasks in operation team and identify Staff responsibilities to ensure an effective management.
• Control the accuracy and appropriate of branch expenses to be accorded to the budget and approval authority.
• Cooperate with relevant departments according to work process as well as keep track of the completeness of documents sent and received from other departments.
• Responsible for other ad-hoc activities as assigned.
