Key Responsibilities:
• Report directly to Sales Director (Head of Foreign Trade Department)
• Achieving planned sales, revenue and profit goals from Top Management
• Managing the Sales team to achieve the sales target
• Planning the sales strategy for the team
• Implementing the Sales strategies for business units to achieve department objectives
• Developing new accounts and improve sales positions
• Analyze customer needs, competitors, market situation of trends
Job Description:
• Analyze & propose action plan to recruit more potential customers in each country
• Planning to expand new international market in each country with different business strategies along with managing business relationship with private and public organizations
• Manage the sales , negotiate to close a sales , and travel to overseas (Southeast Asia) to meet potential customers
• Implement sales methods to analyze international market situation
• Provide quotations and may also be responsible preparing for tender documents and agreeing the final contract.
• Follow the process of delivering as on schedule and responsible for any complaints or queries that occur.
• Attend international event (Food Fair) both in Thailand and other countries
Qualifications:
• Male or Female not over 40 years.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business or related field
• At least 5 years International Sales (A similar function preferably with commodity, industrial or consumer goods will also need)
• Leadership and management skills
• Excellent command in English both writing and speaking
• Able to travel aboard
