The results indicate that accumulation of vitamin C in the pericarp depends
upon light and may be promoted by humid environment. Changes in oxalate and Vc in the pericarp showed an opposite response to different bagging treatments. Contents of Vc and oxalate in the pericarp and the aril and in different bagging treatments were
