Methodology
This research involved 172 Mathematics teachers who were granted laptops from the PPSMI program. This
research is quantitative in nature, hence, a set of questionnaire developed by the researcher was used for the survey.
The questionnaire has gone through a series of validity tests by ICT experts, reliability test using SPSS Statistical
Package, and was also translated using the back translation technique by a group of bilingual experts. The internal
consistency of the pilot and actual study yielded a high reliability. Data were collected using two methods namely
school visits and via mail.
