Six replicates per treatment and 18 fruit per treatment were used in all experiments. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and least significant difference (LSD) at P ≤ 0.05 for firmness, TSS, colour, respiration, ethylene production, and total and individual carotenoids. Data of carotenoids were also compared using Duncan’s new multiple range test (DMRT), at P ≤ 0.05.
