Staff
• We have 9 staff; 1 cashier, 4 cooks and 4 waiters.
• Have a birthday service for a staff that born in that month to make they feel like they were home.
• Salary will consider by following the principle of Profit sharing.
• Bonus will consider by following the principle of Gainsharing.
• Because doing in our store, staffs don’t need to use their educational degree.
Our products price are cost plus. A profit is 80-120 percent from costs instead of being a market price due to we don’t have a marketing competition so we don’t have a price to make a comparison so we can use a cost plus.
Our marketing plan is market penetration-not focus on the high sales but focus on high profit from our food. Our store offer not only on the consumer but also on sentimental value for hamsters lovers.
Money
• Building is annual rental and pay monthly
• The first investment for furniture, decoration and other equipment has to use loan from bank because we don’t need a partner that will make it hard to manage.
• Because it is a funding hunk so we don’t have enough money to invest after that we will pay money gradually
