Guidelines for associate:
•In the "Associate assesses performance" step, provide an assessment of how you are demonstrating our behaviours (include examples).
•All fields are mandatory and can be filled in & edited only during the "Associate assesses performance" step.
•In the "Associate summarizes conversation" and "Associate acknowledges final appraisal" step, you can only view your input (not edit).
•Click on Rating history (if available) to view your manager's assessment on the behaviours.

•In the "Manager defines initial appraisal & calibrates", provide an assessment of how your direct report is demonstrating our behaviours (include examples).
•All fields are mandatory and can be filled in & edited only during the "Manager defines initial appraisal & calibrates" step.
•In the "Manager confirms final apprisal" step you can only view your & your associate's input (not edit).
•Click on Rating history (if available) to view your associate's assessment on the behaviours.
