Regarding to Document Control system, Risk Management (RM) has made “Document Control Report” which is a summary report of Document Control System operated by RM starting on 17 Sep 2012 in order to manage and reduce our company’s risk and also to support Sales Department for more convenient to check Document Need (Effective in 2013) of each customer along with each agreement and to reconcile information with Documents submitted to RM.
Since in 2013, all Contracts which Commencement Date is before 01 Jan 2013 has been collected under “Document Lost Project” completely.
As a result, the purpose of this email is to report lists of Document Need (Effective in 2013) separated to Customer Information and Contract Document that are Completed and Incompleted in submission which focus on keeping the original papers into Document Control System. Please find attached file for your information.

1. Customer Information (New Customer & Transferee) : All New Customer and Transferee whose Commencement /Effective Date of first vehicle is after 01 January 2013 till 31 December 2013
2. Contract Document from all Agreements : All Contracts which Commencement Date is after 01 Jan 2013 till 31 December 2013
