1. Lead the Brand Experience team to work directly with other departments in TMB to improve customer
experience in all aspects; the Brand Experience team is to serve as the central ‘customer champion’ team to
drive and synergize all activities related to brand experience improvement
2. Further instill the Branded Customer Experience concept into all TMB employees, both existing and new
hires; maintain continuous dialog with all TMB employees on the concept through internal communications
tools and channels such as management road show, TMB Intranet, internal blogs, etc.
3. Track and measure TMB brand experience as perceived by major stakeholders, including external
customers, TMB employees, and business partners (such as vendors); analyze the tracking data to create
insights on where improvement can be made; report the result to the management and the Board as
requested
4. Drive the overall corporate branding strategy; synergize all projects related to corporate branding to ensure
efficient and effective brand execution; this includes strategic planning, converging/aligning outputs,
outward-facing branding projects and internally focused branding projects
5. Provide training and coaching to team members on project implementation strategy, project management,
and financial control operations
