As soon as you step into the hotel. The first counter staff who welcome you with a beaming face and he was ready to give information including assisting in all matters with you, we call them "Concierge."
The first impression is very important. If we can impress the guests from the first time everything follows are positive attitude of the guests on the hotel. The Concierge must be a man who likes to seek new knowledge,Update yourself all the time for the new informations, the journeys,restaurants, shopping,ect.. to offer to the guests.Having a passion for service that is at the heart of the work in this position. Must have a high tolerance, work under pressure as well to cater to the needs of a variety of forms of each guest.
As well as remembering the every little details of the guests is important. I remember that one of our guests. First came to stay with us he asked for a Chinese newspaper but there are only English newspapers provided.The second stay his Chinese newspapers has provided completely throughout his stay. Of course, he was impressed by our attention and come to stay with us for a third time and finally become a regular guest.
I realized what above all and I think i can do it well. It is intended to be a concierge. By starting from the position Door Boy then a Bell boy and finally current position is a Concierge .
