Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and order to the customer.
To be responsible for all administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, local & overseas calls, incoming & outgoing documents;
Maintains a complete and up-to-date filing system, as well as to ensure that all documentary process and department procedures are well distributed and updated;
To co-ordinate with inter-department and external people respectfully;
Responsible on the purchasing and issuing PO.
Qualification and Experience:
Thai nationality, Female, Age 23-30 years old;
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field;
Minimum 1 years’ experience in secretarial & administrative functions, preferable in international environment;
Proficient in computer program, MS Office (word, excel, power point)
Good communication in English;
Service mind, high responsibility and good team player.
