This study utilized partial least squares (PLS) to verify the research model by analysing the causalrelationship among the potential variables in the structure. The bootstrap method was used forrepeated sample analysis. The advantage of the bootstrap method is the lack of a need for stringenthypothetical tests for distribution characteristics for inferential analysis, as the used source distribution is derived from the actual data.
