Khun Nittaya, Khun Warapong
Thanks for your follow up, please sustain this approach.
Khun Wichai, Khun Akkadech, Khun Wichai,
The execution of the actions defined in a CPAR is a very important task to be lead and supported by the shift manufacturing manager.
IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT WE DON’T ADDRES INCORRECT PROCES AND ENVIROMENT CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS AFFECTING QUALITY AND NEED TO BE CORECTED
This work has to be clearly coordinated with the shift foremen until completion.
Any lack of attention to the plan already defined for correction, could be considered as negligence, and subject to the disciplinary protocol we have put in place.
I really do not expect documented warnings and suspensions will be needed for Shift foremen and Shift managers to do your job well, so please make sure to cover the follow up of Corrective action to your daily routine.
Don,
Please reinforce this expectation with the Shift Manufacturing Managers. All open CPAR need to be known in detail by them
Khun Prasert,
Please make sure the work of the task force receive and aligned to this feedback. Also I request you keep track of the open CPAR to be covered in the Shift change in the morning (discuss with Khun Nittaya and Khun Warapong if this is best option)
Khun Sutus, Khun Utan,
Your additional support is needed to make sure any work to be done internally by operation and close to your area of control or expertise is completed promptly.
