Have it ever occurred to you that you should discuss with me the appropriate protocol from the first time I spoke with you about this topic?
About the fee - I have no problem paying Erawan, but where is the invoice? I am not your employee therefore I don't care about your accounting protocol (in which you claim that no invoice will be issued). If you want to collect any service fee, issue an appropriate invoice and do follow appropriate standard accounting process. I hope we are clear on this.
