Reference is made to the management meeting on 10-04-2015 talking about the 1Q cargo
Traffic and the progress of action plan 2015 but there're some issues which complained by the management regarding to the yard plan which's far away from the actual and equipment plan which's no actual shown that no body pay intention to this matter, in order to response that
We had concluded to carry out as following
A) Equipment Plan :
1. Will have the trailer & forklift plan as similar as top & side loader plan.
2. The person who should get involved in Trailer plan is Ship & Yard planner.
3. The person who should get involved in forklift plan of all activities daily Ops.is Ops, Planner.
4. The actual Ops. Of trailer will be recorded by shift head driver & submitted to Ops. Clerk for input into data.
5. The actual Ops.Of forklift will be recorded by Asst. Foreman and submitted to Ops. Clerk
For input into data.
6. As above will be effective as from 1st May 2015 onward.
B) Yard Plan :
1. Will announce to the Port use that all delivery and receiving containers should be submitted
To the port the working plan of those containers one day in advance otherwise shall be subject to potential no service or the services will be delayed.
2. In order to avoid the conflict between CTIC and Port user will gradually call to the Port user
To explain our purpose of this issue and beneficial not only to the port but to all to let them understand till certain period then will fix the implementation date finally.
3. The explanation period should be within 3 months starting from 1st May 2015 - the end
Of July 2015.
4. 1st August 2015 will be implemented strongly.
