Accepting, taking, giving or placing of monies, funds, cash, credit allowance, or property (even in non-monetary form) directly or indirectly, whether personally or for, on behalf of or through another person or persons (including another an Employee), through any manner or means (including bet not limited to telephone, mobile phone, internet or other electronic means), as a stake on any sport, game or event while Employee is on Company Time. Expressly excluded are stakes, bets or wagers from legitimate or recognized Clients or Customers of the Company processed through the Company's approved transaction process procedure by an Employee in the legitimate performance of the Employee's job or duty as part of the Employee's employment with the Company.
