- Provide day to day process and system support in the operational teams
- Identify and support appropriate measures to close operational gaps
- Improve execution of process quality and efficiency
- Facilitate implementation of global process and best practices and drives standardization
- Improve and assure of consistently high quality process execution within the respective area
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related fields
- Fluency in English
- Strong computer technical background e.g. web, server (Wintel/ UNIX), database (SQL server/ Oracle), programming language (JAVA/ VB/ .NET/ABAP), Applications Support (SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-tasks and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
