1.Put coconut milk to a boil in a pan by use medium heat. Boil it around 5 minute.(stir around don't use fire very strong).
2.Put the chicken and boil for 2 minutes.
3.Put green curry paste to a pan and stir it.
4.Put eggplant, kaffir lime leaves and basil. boil it 5 minute
5.put fish sauce , sugar and soup stock powder to a pan.
6.Served with rice or noodles in a bowl.
