Lastly if problem still persists, they can't figure it out what is wrong and need further troubleshooting assistance, they may need to capture the logs to us to analyze.
But they have to put back the original PMB board first (it could then be other board problem on this unit).
Pls try to do the followings, as Unit can't start up.
• With the system in this "Failed State",
• Insert the Card into the Display Unit and press the "Help" softkey.
• Wait approximately 60 seconds while the logs are downloaded to the card(no apparent activity)
• You may restart the system with the card to view the logs or/ send us the logs via email.
