The rating forms were administered in group sessions under standardized conditions. In all, 28 personnel completed the form. The number of respondents sampled for clusters 1-5 were 7, 6, 5, 7, and 3, respectively. Within-cluster stratification was based upon job title and
geographic location. An overall importance index for the KSAPs within
each cluster was derived on the basis of the importance of the tasks for
which it was needed, as well as the KSAP's importance for each of these tasks. When implementing these findings, the choice of selection tech-
niques and the relative weights of the techniques for each job cluster
will be based on these KSAP indices.
