In general, though, I expect the Learning Objectives at the Starfish Country Home School to be at least two years ahead of the expectations of the TEM even in K1. I believe that if we continue to get excellent results AND CAN PROVE IT, they will forgive us for not having 100 kg of paperwork to support our teaching and this will save about half of what Khru Loy (and some other teachers) may do each week.
Khru Loy should identify for me what she feels is an essential minimum of paperwork and documentation for things to have for the ESD 2 and TEM if they visit or do audits. Some of this paperwork and filing may have to go from Khru Loy back to teachers.
Among other things, this year I want ALL teachers to keep a list of ALL scores on ALL tests they give during each term. These will include ALL of my tests plus any tests that they wrote. This is simply an electronic grade book.
