How come 1-to-all email can't receive any email sent from our KOMO server (ns24.tbpgroup.com) according to photo (1)?
We don't get any email notification when someone order from our ko-mo.com website.
I tried using the webmail from the server and my normal gmail can receive (2), but not 1-to-all gmail (3).
Since ko-mo@1-to-all.com is the admin...all the notification should go to the inbox when someone order or do anything in the website, but I never receive anything. In the website back-end though, something is happening.
When komo.1toall@gmail.com was the admin of the website, I keep receiving notification, see photo (4).
So how do we solve this issue? Do you have control of incoming emails? Since normal gmail is allowing emails from our KOMO Server, it means the server has no problem, and the problem is in our 1-to-all gmail account.
