May I summarize the sequence of this issue as detail below;
21 June 2016
- 4 of customer cars were found damage from contaminated fuel (Diesel).
- Site staff found water in T3 FSD tank.
- Engineering team came to the site to remove water in tank, delivered sample from fuel flush line to lab
- FSD product was temporary closed, didn’t sell to any customer
22 June 2016
- Found water in T3 FSD tank again
- Engineering team came to the site to do full integrity test and found out that there is leakage at ventilation pipe.
23 June 2016
- Engineering team came to do integrity test only at tank position.
24 June 2016 2016
- Engineering team confirmed T3 FSD was leak
25 June 2016
- Product was returned to depot (7500 L)
1 July 2016
- Station raised PLIP A to fairbank
Normally this site make water dip test every day.
As TM and OST made an investigation together, this case was a gaining issue, so we would summarize that there is no leak to an environment.
