Reference is made to the below complaint. Our investigation revealed the incident with the following details.
On 17 Oct. 2013, there had been widespread rain throughout Bangkok area since early morning until evening. Though the rain was not too heavy, it was non-stop, causing flood across the city. Our limousine had to drive through flooded roads and the high water level forced some water to leak into its engine.
Fortunately, the limo was able to reach the passenger’s residence before the appointed time, but unfortunately its engine could not be re-started thereafter. After informing and apologizing to the passenger, our chauffeur offered to the passenger a replacement car but the passenger declined the offer. The passenger preferred to use her own car and driver for the transfer.
