Preference for study arm: To assess whether patient
preference for the intervention has an influence on outcomes, the patients’ degree of preference for the intervention or the wait-list control study arm will be assessed
using a 10 cm long visual analogue scale (left end: “I
would absolutely prefer to be in the intervention group”,
right end “I would absolutely prefer to be in the wait-list
control group” and an indication at 5 cm marked as “I do
not have a preference for either of the two groups”). Before answering the question, patients will be informed
that their preference will not have an effect on their randomization in this pilot study but that the results of this
item will be used to plan the design of a larger study
