After unseasonable warmth gripped the northeastern United States in early November, cooler air will continue to move into the region for the upcoming week.
From Nov. 2-4, temperatures averaged 9 degrees Fahrenheit above normal in New York City. Temperatures in Baltimore averaged almost 6 degrees above normal during the same period.
"While it will be much cooler compared to this past week across the mid-Atlantic, temperatures will stay several degrees above average through Monday," AccuWeather Meteorologist Renee Duff said.
Meanwhile, chill will linger across New England into Monday.
