The course will review the analysis and implementation of strategic corporate decisions which
encompass all functional areas of business. Students will be split into small groups and will be
required to write a mini-project of not more than 5,000 words outlining the desired corporate strategy
for a given corporate problem.
Prerequisites: ACCT1101 Introduction to financial accounting; and
ECON1210Introductory microeconomics; and
FINA1310 Corporate finance; and
MGMT2401 Principles of management or MGMT3405 Organisational behaviour;
and
MKTG2501 Introduction to marketing
