Current Status has a formula that will help you to understand the current situation, so no need to type on that cells.

Find below a guide line to unify criteria around countries. If anything is not clear or even you need to include a Delay Root Cause, just let me know.
• NEW MATERIAL/COLORWAY: Used them for SRFs included in Line Review
o NEW MATERIAL: Change in SRFs materials but keeping same color comb. Ie Original material was suede, and now has been changed to nappa.
o NEW COLORWAY: A new color way request has been included.
• NEWLY ADDED. Used them for any SRFs not included in Line Review.
• MISMATCH ORIGINAL LIST: Original information received shows that there is no change from Line Review Samples (same colors, materials, components..) but after checking downloaded SRF we found that some materials/components have been changed.
• MODIFICATION/MATCHING COLOR Used them for SRFs included in Line Review
o MODIFICATION: Color modification of a SRFs. Ie mesh change from white to off white
o MATCHING COLOR. If we receive request to adjust colors. ie Tongue mesh more close to leather color.
• PATTERN MODIFICATION: Modification on patterns, i.e. adding elastic, modifying construction…
• NEW PATTERN GRADE UP/DOWN. ie Original SRF was only for man, and now has been requested for woman or kids…
• NEW PATTERN/NEW TOOLING. If we need to modify pattern and it is also involved to open new tooling: ie screen printings, padding, upper molding… type on remark column what need to be modified
• NEW MOLD. We need to open new mold nor grade up/down
• MOLD MODIFICATION. If there is any mold modification to be applied for SMS
• NO KEEPING MATERIAL. i.e. we repeated LR samples or materials/components were also used for other LR samples and now there is no keeping material in factory.
• DROPPED. You can used this option any time. If SRFs is dropped, keep on list and select dropped. It is so important to add dropped day in remarks.
• DUPLICATED. Hope we don’t need to use it …
• WAITING UK CFM. If there is something already sent to UK and waiting their confirmation to proceed. In this case type in remark column what’s pending.
• SRF TO CLARIFY. Received but no clear info and we need to come back UK.
