We are delighted to offer you the position of Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, Health and Nutrition
Division in Thailand. We are very pleased to have you formally joined FMC and we are sure it will be a
rewarding and challenging assignment for you.
Your assignment will commence on January 18th, 2016, reporting to Maintenance Manager, MCC Plant, Rayong,
Thailand.
Target Incentive
You will participate in FMC's Local Incentive Plan with 1.0 level equivalent to 12% of your annual Base Salary.
Payout can range from 0.0 levels to 2.0 levels, i.e. ranging from 0% to 24% of your annual Base Salary,
depending on both individual and business unit performance. Details of your performance targets will be
provided to you in the beginning of each year. You must be an active employee through the bonus year end
(Dec 31st) to be eligible for payment.
Insurance Benefit
You will be provided with medical, life and accident insurance. Details of the insurance programs will be
provided to you separately.
Provident Fund
You will participate in the FMC Chemical (Thailand) Ltd. Staff Provident Fund.
Assignments/Transfer/Deputation
Though you have been engaged for a specific position, the Company reserves the right to send you on
training/deputation/transfer/assignments to branch office, sister companies, associate companies, client’s
locations or third parties whether in Thailand or abroad.
