Be realistic on what you can get data on. This will be an ongoing,
evolving process – so start small (e.g., data you are already gathering)
with the intent to enhance your data collection over time. Examine data
sets on an initiative‐by‐initiative basis and assess how critical it is to
obtain in‐depth data. Where it is not critical, do not get bogged down in
the details. You may find the targets you set earlier are too difficult to
achieve, or you may find you want to set higher targets. Adjust them
accordingly.
