At the meantime could you suggest if there has been any subscriber service impact? What is the severity level for this case?
I've logged into the system and I tried to reach module 13 from shell level but failed. I tried to reboot it via CLI but it's also failing to bring it back.
I would suggest reseating it on site to verify if this is still able to boot up. If it fails to boot up please replace it with spare.
