- Both Barclays and the supplier will designage an SRM / Account Manager.
The supplier shall designage a Service Delivery Manager for each country and will be responsible for managing the daily operations.
Monitor, report and track incidents in line with the agreed processes.
Work with Barclays to review the quality and productivity of the services and to identify opportunities for value creation, continious improvement, cost reduction and enhancement to the suppliers performance.
The Service Performance Manager will ensure the obligations and responsibilities are carried out
Work with the supplier in the identification of the service improvements
Co-ordinate the change management activities
Provide input regarding the strategic future requirement for the services.
