We are a thai company and do not operate in the USA. we do not agree that we have to defend any actions in the USA. There is no contract that stipulates that any disagreements will be defended in the USA..
You are using the threat of a US court ,as this will be an unfair expense for a Thai company to bear.
Your not a US citizen,have no SS # ,and i doubt have a work permit,and we will of course bring this up as to the validity of a USA court presiding in this matter ,should we have to defend ourselves.
Photos for sale on the internet are not sold for more than $49,and this is just a ridiculous misuse by you to ask for such an exorbitant amount.
