The request from team Tagnos to assist in installation of the tags into the racks were given to you way back, on the 6/11/2014. Should the installation took 22 mandays as you highlighted, it should start way before 19/11/2014. I believe that next time, a faster reaction time, or at least a faster notification to us that you won’t be able to complete the task in the requested timeframe is in order.
Never mind, in this case, just do your best in doing the tagging. I’ve discussed with Shawn and we can proceed to do the testing with just 4-5 rows tagged (despite them losing opportunity to do a complete warehouse test). Of course, the more rows tagged, the better it will be.
More important, please be very, very, very clear that from the 1st of December – 4th of December, team Tagnos will require to borrow 1 combi-lift + operator at all times to do the testing. Please notify your team on this, and assist us. Are we clear on this?
