Table 2 shows the most important fatty acid profile in kutum
roach fish. The most abundant fatty acids found in raw samples
were palmitic acid (C16:0), palmitoleic (C16:1), oleic acid (C18:1)
and DHA (C22:6) in the order mentioned below: C18:1 > C16 >
C22:6 n-3 > C16:1.
