You are receiving this letter because you have ordered SAP software. As an SAP Customer you have immediate access to the customer and partner restricted areas of the SAP Service Marketplace and SAP Support Portal at http://service.sap.com.
The SAP Service Marketplace includes the latest information on SAP products and services plus provides you with the ability to electronically download the software components which you have licensed.
You will need to log into the Support Portal http://service.sap.com/support using the S-User ID and password noted on page two of this document. From here you will be able to:
- Download Software under 'Downloads' tab
- Request Keys under 'Keys & Requests' tab
- Create Customer Messages under 'Help & Support' tab
For assistance completing your order please visit http://service.sap.com/swdc and take a look at the first steps to enable your acquired software. For additional assistance please contact your local Support Center, under 'Help & Support > Look up Support Center Addresses' or visit http://service.sap.com/contactus.
If provided for under your contract terms, customer may also receive physical delivery. Delivery of your licensed software will be in accordance with the terms of your license agreement.
We require confirmation that you have received the information necessary to access the SAP Service Marketplace. Please sign and return the following document, via fax, to your SAP Contract Administrator (Ethan Ye, Fax:+65 6664 7000) as soon as possible.
